201 Mountain View Park

201 Mountain View Park is a master planned industrial park that consists of 727,933-sf of flexible warehouse space distributed across four buildings that range in size from just under 100,000 square feet up to 375,264 square feet. Big-D constructed the core and shell of all four warehouses as well as associated site improvements and parking. Three of the buildings were built with rear-load capabilities, while the other was built as a distribution cross-dock. The building shells were constructed using tilt-up concrete wall panels of varying heights from 35′ to 40′ tall and are 8″ and 9.25″ thick. The large massing of the buildings is broken up with entrances that feature two stories of large storefront windows, wall panels that vary in height and walls and windows that bump-out on each side of each entrance. The buildings were designed for flexibility so that each building could have more than one tenant. Since construction, Big-D has completed multiple tenant improvements for various tenants in most of the buildings.
