Avient Plastics

Avient (formally known as Clariant Plastics & Coatings) is a global provider of sustainable solutions for the plastics industry including the manufacturing of solid plastic color concentration additives, colorants and stabilizers. Project construction provided tenant improvements to their existing facility in Phoenix, AZ. The scope of the work was completed in multiple phases and was comprised of an approximately 6,500-sf interior enhancement. The renovation upgraded and improved their existing operations allowing more precise equipment installation for their Liquid Plastic Color dispenser. Blending bays were also added for their color blending process. In addition to their warehouse, teams performed minor renovations to the facility office space. Avient Plastics is one of the top specialty chemical producers in the country.
