Malouf Companies Office Renovation & Expansion

Big-D was the CM/GC contactor for a 100,000-sf expansion to their existing warehouse/office facility that created a large mezzanine for a 23,000-sf showroom, numerous conference rooms of varying sizes, modern open collaborative workspaces, employee amenities, new restrooms, and an employee fitness center with yoga/aerobics studio. More recently, Big-D has been working on another multi-phase renovation that will upgrade their kitchen/cafeteria area, modify roughly 35,000-sf of existing office space, and create a 31,000-sf professional photo studio.
