    The USU IT Services Building project is a new three-story office built to consolidate campus IT functions and house space for the entire USU IT department, as well as a component of the Academic & Instructional Services (AIS) Department. The new building is a two-level structure with a full basement and includes office space and support areas, conference rooms, the customer service help desk, and equipment storage, repair, assembly spaces for all units of the IT department, as well as offices, storage, and workshops for the Classroom, Technology, and Media Production group for AIS. The project scope included sitework the consisted of ADA access sidewalks, new landscaping and a tie-in to existing parking lot. Project challenges included a small project site, construction on an active academic campus and within an existing parking lot.
