The Mera

The Mera Apartments is a luxury multi-family housing project located in the up-and-coming city of St. Louis Park.

The building structure is two stories of post-tension concrete with five stories of wood framing. The Mera comprises a mix of 233 units ranging from studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units. It features a two-level residential parking garage with 327 parking spaces. Construction of resident amenities features a level 6 private dining room with an outdoor lounge looking out at the Minneapolis skyline. The list of amenities available to the residents is extensive, including a movie theatre, podcasting studios, pet spa and lounge, work-from-home stations, fitness center, yoga room, golf simulator, wine tasting room, co-working spaces, bike storage, and a maker’s space. Exterior elements include the construction of a pickleball court, an outdoor community deck with fire pits, grill stations, and a pizza oven, as well as a great space for residents’ pets to run free.
