Inside, you’ll find striking North Carolinian reclaimed barn wood walls and accents. Several nostalgic collectibles are featured throughout the Victory Ranch Barn, making visitors feel right at home in the communal space. Several floor-to-ceiling windows provide an abundance of natural light and panoramic views of the golf course and neighboring mountains for members and their guests. In addition to the Barn, Big-D Signature has constructed more than 45 individual cabins on the property.

The Victory Ranch Barn—a 24,000 square foot clubhouse at Valley Ranch—actually consists of two separate buildings constructed using structural steel.

The Victory Ranch Development features exquisite cabin homes with floor plans ranging from 2,800 square feet to 3,900 square feet. Residents of Victory Ranch have exclusive access to the golf course and the Barn. The Barn features an assortment of luxurious amenities for residents including the following:

The interior of Victory Ranch Barn, known as Phase 1, was completed in 2017. In 2018, Big-D Signature returned to construct a 75-foot swimming pool with a hot tub and winding water slide; two tennis courts; and a bocci ball court.
